Think it's a scam ,a person with broken English says they are ringing from Microsoft and someone has down loaded data that is corrupting your computer ,they want you to press a button on your computer at the same time as they do ,don't know what happens after that as i told him it was a scam and he hung up.Sometimes they say they are from your internet provider ,when told that you don't get your internet from whoever they say they hang up,sounds like they are trying to gain control of your computer to gain
