SCAM claiming to be from Amazon - aggressive and persistent. Saying first I would not get my money back(79.99) even if I subsequently ring them. Then that they'd cancel my account, then that I would be charged with stealing money from Amazon.
Rang off when I said hello. I redialed the number and got the message that the number has not been recognised

At first silence and just as I was about to hang up a female voice said "goodbye". However they kept line open and it took me a while to get dialling tone back.

Based on the experiences of previous posters, this is a pest call. I have had several calls from this number every day since I arrived in the USA. I never answer unknown numbers, I google them instead. How do they know I am in the USA? Orange must have told them. Or maybe one of the USA carriers I ve connected to? Not pleased.
