Complete scam - saying from virgin media re download speed of internet. They advise opening an ap to check speed then download another ap - DONT - could not confirm any virgin details like account number or services I receive only name and postcode. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR IT NEWCASTLE UPON TUNE

Said she was calling from my bank (no name), and money had been taken from my card (again no name) A payment had been made to Amazon,(amount not specified) and one to an international destination.(again, amount not specified) She deemed it "suspicious" as this was not normal for my account. the usual press 1 to accept, or press 2 to speak to an operator.d call

Sales call comes up as "Bow Boutique" but it was a call centre saying they were from Curry's PC World. (Doubtful) trying to sell mobile phones
