Wife entered a comp on ITV S Dickinson s Real Deal, it is free but they asked her some questions plus her email and her number in case she won. We have been inundated with calls for funeral insurance to medical cover and now these jerks from M/C who say she opted in to recieve calls, when she denied it the guy said entering the contest was your opt in. She now has a dozen spam msgs everytime she uses her email and never had a single slice of spam in 7 years of using this email addy. ITV are fuckers.

Reportedly from Virgin Media wanted to access computer to prevent Broadband from being disconnected. When challenged they hung up.

Insurance for appliances. Smart Cover Solutions telephoned me on this number. A salesman who gave his name as Luke Smith trying to sell kitchen appliance insurance cover. He had my name, address, bank details, password?, kitchen appliances. Not all the information was true, and I did not enlighten him what was true and what wasn’t. He said he could reduce the insurance by 40%, I pay on my washing machine. I do not have any insurance on it! I told him I was contacting bank fraud department.
