Rang me ear ier today stating that they were from the UK government regarding energy. I asked him twice to confirm that he was definitely from within the government, which he did. I then asked him to confirm exactly which department of the government he worked within and for a number that I could call him back on. He stated that he was not allowed to give out those details. Needless to say I told him to go away (and not in a polite way)
