got call at 1130 pm from this number , ringing twice only. Cost TRAP ???

Rude aggressive fcukers spinning a pack of lies (check how fast they put the phone down when it becomes apparent you know they are crooks) trying, as far as I can tell, to steal your personal details. Report them to the police immediately. And if you can tell me who they are, I will visit them personally.
This number is apparently in Oxford, I don’t know anyone there and it was tagged as potential spam on my phone. I didn’t answer the call. It stopped ringing after 3 rings and they didn’t leave a message.

Automated call saying they were Amazon Prime and were letting us know that the "free trial was over and £39.99 would be taken from our account. Press 1 if you would like to speak to us.' Unusually for me I did! When asked what name the account was in they gave my partner's name. I advised that I would speak to him. Contacted Amazon who know nothing about this number and confirming that my partner does not have Amazon Prime. THIS IS NOT AMAZON PRIME!!!
I got a text from this number saying HSBC Fraud alert- saying I had authorised £240 to Mr C Jones to cancel it via a link... I do not bank with HSBC
