Repeated calls. Either put phone down on me without saying anything or on one occasion laughing then putting phone down. Rang number and it was not recognised.

This company are phoning 3 times per day, trying to sell boiler installation / home insulation (cavity wall etc). Despite us being registered with the Telephone Preference Service, they continue to call us relentlessly - we have also asked them to stop the calls during conversations with them.

I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! caller claimed to be from microsoft, when asked to prove identity he became extremely abusive using foul and intimidating language.

It is a legitimate call. when you ask for password or memorable word reset. they contact you to verify with a code to reset.

I tell him not to call me and that I m hanging up. He then calls me back 7x in a row. And then from two other numbers. Harassment!!
