Claimed they were from BT and they had found suspicious activity on my internet instructed me to press 1 on my phone pad
It seems the criminals, who obtained personal information as a result of leaked information from Talk Talk, are telling people their broadband service is likely to be closed down after 24 hours. It is rubbish. I did not answer the call, and got my information from other sites.
Fraudulent number , automatic message saying something about an unknown order, put phone down, advise you do the same.

This area code covers a large area, not just Clevedon. I suspect that this number has been set up to divert calls to a call centre.
This number called me, an immediate hangup on my answer and just a beep tone when it was called back from a different line.
This is a scam, automatic call saying that is from custom revenue and to press 1 to connect if not you will be arrested shortl.
Missed calls for the last few days with no messages left. No answer when u call back either. Just a mail box. I wouldn't ring back in case they charge u for ringing them.
they called saying they were not selling anything, it was an emergency call regarding my computer after me asking again what they were selling resulted in them hanging up.... n...
