Safe number debt collector for Amex. Furious after 15yrs Amex cancelled my card cause I could pay a bill for 4 months sent it to this lot to “deal” with. 3 calls a day and an email everyday. Harassing but legit. Staff are okay to deal with

SCAM
SCAM automated message claiming to be HMRC saying I had committed tax fraud (and I most certainly have not) and that I would be arrested. Ironic really as it's the scammers committing the fraud! If they do contact you DON'T press 1 as instructed - just hang up and block the caller.

Called re a supposed accident, said papers passed to them from 3rd party. When I said I had no idea what they were talking about they hung up without any explanation, apology or even a goodbye
