I didn't answer and glad I didn't. Have blocked the number - but unfortunately they will just change it for another (I was called yesterday from another London number - accident claims / ambulance chaser)

Claimed to call from o2 and suddenly asked for personal details such as credit card information. I m quite sure o2 wouldn t ask such data via phone call so most likely it s a scam.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8438727xxx range... People did someone answer this number?
