had a call from 05259539538 recorded voice said we had missed a call - hung up na few minutes later had a call from this number with same recorded voice and message - hung up.

SCAM - supposedly the national crime agency, but it’s all automated and vague!
Recorded message "bank alert" from bank "technical department" Usual same male voice used regularly for these scams from various numbers. Total pain and regarded as harrassment,. Thery obviously think folk are stupid enough to respond by pressing button 2 - which only atkes you to a premium rate line from which the scammers make money. Five star bad.

Yesterday told me I'd won iPhone 7 and wanted £39 per month to join lottery sindicate. Today called again saying I'd won shopping vouchers. Cut them off , now blocked

A call to my mobile by a foreign sounding lady, obviously from a call centre as there was lots of background noise. She knew my name.
SCAM. Answered the phone to hear a recorded message saying that a tax fraud claim had been raised against me and if I did not discuss this immediately that somebody will be sent to my house with a warrant for my arrest.

Answered this call straight away line just went silent. Gave them a minute to reply but no answer, put the phone down and blocked it. call was made from Lloyd Street Manchester, prob. call centre had a few calls with different numbers from this area.
