Wouldnt give details as to what call was about without taking my details

Said they were telephone preference service that were signed up to. Knew name and address. Said bills were paid by direct debit, card ending in 17. I said my husband sorts it so I ve no idea. Then wanted me to get a statement. I said no. I asked if my husband could sort it online but she didn t understand and kept offering to phone back.

just received a call from them. they addressed me with my sir name. I asked them what it is regarding? Guy replied he can t tell me anything until I confirm my all details due to data protection act. Just hanged up the phone.
