Telemarketing suspected. There was a suspicious silence for a couple of seconds after I picked up. This suggests a call centre. Dialogue: Them:. "This is Matthew calling about Loft insulation..." ."... government grant." Me: "You have a wrong number" Them: "Quickly then..." he continued a spiel. I hung up.
