Left a missed call , rang back , adamant they have never rung me at all , even though I explained I haven’t put in numbers I’ve hit redial !! She was rude and having none of it , don’t think it’s a call us back scam but thought I’d share . I did run a Google search on number before calling back .
Claimed to be from O2 and can offer me 30% off my current deal. Strangely, despite being able to do that they were unable to tell me how much my current tarrif is. Clearly a scam.
Pre recorded message supposedly from HMRC saying there were irregularities on my tax return that could lead to suspension of my passport or prosecution - and press.....

SCAM presumably. This number had phoned several times before, according to my wife, asking to speak to my daughter, who has not lived with us for 12 years. This was the first time today I took a call from this number and promptly told the caller to 'go away' (impolitely) and never call this number again.
