Call center I think. I’m not happy with this, a foreign lady ‘supposedly’ from the Call Blocking service telling me that my subscription (that I did not know I had) was due to expire. When she started speaking about card details I very quietly put the phone down.

They took money from my bank account, twice I was have to change my card details and now trying to get money back. They refund me once and waiting for another one. I call them last week they say money will be on Friday. Today they say within two three working days. Let s see!!!! I m so stupid, never give your card details by phone

The caller said something about that my loan was approved. I said that he told idiocy and he was indignant. Later, I received a text message with a request to call back this same number.
Calling about a pre-payment meter. Never had one. I have, however, had a call every other day from these guys asking me about it.
