For the last 2 mornings, I have received a call from this number at exactly 09.10. No one speaks and no message is left. When I 1471 it and call it back, I get an engaged tone that sounds foreign , possibly from the US....INCREDIBLY IRRITATING!!! Fed up of unsolicited/ scam and silent calls, they are just happening too often. Regulator has got to get a grip!!!

This caller called me as I was finishing my dinner, by the voice it sounded as ih it was a male, in his 30s, the caller was obviously not from england, his accent shows signs of europe though. If anybody experiences a call with this number for long enough to find at least a company name I would be very grateful for the information.
