Seems to a London number used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036342xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with ambulance chasers / PPI / insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
Called twice today, on the last call I answered telling them that they had called the local police station - they soon hung up !

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Very similar to a call received in December 2012; on that occasion, asked me to press various buttons depending on the nature of my alleged problem. This time I hung up to dial 1471 but the call was still running. Eventually able to get their number.
