I was told they were from O2 and had an offer on for 30% off the next bill. I was being transferred to the bill department so put the phone down and straight away was called by another "fraudulent" number. I didn't answer.
said I had outstanding debt.....I don't!

Claimed to be Vodafone collections service regarding my outstanding bill - which I had already paid and told them so. Then continued to ring the days following. When I contacted Vodafone directly they stated that this was a scam, and to block the number but also as any scams they do keep changing their numbers and to keep Vodafone updated if this was to happen again.
