BT Openreach scam Indian call centre claiming to need to reset my router channel, when I objected & asked why BT hadn’t sent a letter about it they hung up. Presumably they are wanting to hack into your internet

When I questioned the called about how I could have been in an accident that I wasn't aware of, she made a comment about, perhaps you've been a pedestrian in an accident. Or how about you use your brain Sharon! Incredibly rude, and when i've got more time I will be calling up to make a complaint.

SCAM - rang me twice, didn't answer. Had an automated voicemail message saying it was HMRC and if I didn't press 1 to activate a call back, a warrant would be issued and I would be arrested immediately! Bring it on muppets!
