I was called by 02031877726 at 11:09 on Tues 16th Nov '21 by Holly from Service Plan Direct. She wanted to offer me insurance cover for our washing machine as the guarantee has expired. I asked for contact details to phone them back because I didn't want to make a decision over the phone. She said she can't give me a call back number. received a missed call from this number today. First time but as they left no message I m guessing they re untrustworthy. I ve been involved in cold calling in the past & always left messages to unanswered calls so the person I was calling knew there was something legitimate I wanted to speak with him/her about.

I had 3 calls in 5 mins about an accident I had never had. I asked to be removed from the data base at the first call. I did not answer the third time. I recommend you do the same.
