Went dead as soon as I answered but this sounds like the same thing as reported on the media with Indian (or Indian subcontinent) scammers pretending to be from spoofing the number of an innocent guy in Wigan who has nothing to do with it.

The caller is Autoglass Windscreens - their central windscreen replacement booking line.

Remember, anyone who cold calls you, (especially when you are registered with the TPS), is highly likely to be at best disreputable or at worst an out and out fraudster. This number is from Fresh contacts , that use other numbers, that ask for same person, who is not me. They usually won t say who or what they are. But they keep on ringing for the last two years! Also, beware Solar Quote , who ask for the same name, who is not me!
