Call from a woman claiming to be doing a government survey and asking if I pay into a pension. Didn't sound that professional and didn't tell me why she wanted to know.

Got a call from this number I tried to explain we have terminally ill person in house and needed phone lines clear ( my father has cancer) they just laughed and put phone down. After calling a further 9 times in 3 hours I asked to speak to a manager who came to phone and proceeded to laugh through my explanation and put phone down. I then blocked the number so they rang a further 10 times from international withheld and either blasted sirens or just laughed down phone .

I answered the call and the guy on the other line said he was from virgin media and that he needed to do a service update... then he asked me to confirm my postcode for security purposes. I told him I wasn't comfortable in giving my personal details and if they were virgin media then they shouldn't be asking me like that. He then tried to explain the services and I told him it doesn't matter as in November I'm leaving virgin anyway because they gave us bad service in April so I don't want any updates thanks
