Automated call about an accident I haven’t had

Recorded voice, something about Magistrates Court and threatening legal action if the call was ignored... I hung up but can't imagine any genuine legal matter, of which I am aware of none, would be taken up via voice recording!
The caller said they were HSBC but it sounded recorded. It could be my imagination but as I went to hang up it sounded like the woman started speaking Chinese!
Rang and hung up as soon as answering machine answered

Apparently some National Insurance Fraud line saying there has been some fraud taken place near the Welsh border - Total nonsense!
Scam call, says “hiya” and then “are you there” to get you to say yes. They are recording your voice.
