Yet another random number pretending to be from Sky IT group about issues with my broadband connection. Indian accent, who gave his name as Charles. Got very aggressive when I suggested it was a scam call.

Indian sounding "PC Expert" calling to say my computer was "infected by virus" - couldn t tell me what virus, what part of system was infected or what damage would be caused
SPAM Claimed to be an eco energy company called Ecobase. Got rude when I politely asked them to remove me from their database
Whoever it was hung up straight away when answered, now blocked.
Recorded message about not having had a compulsory energy assessment, required by 2017, and the possibility of a new boiler. This is bully-boy tactics. There is no requirement for the assessment.
