I advised the woman that I had never heard of this or them and that they did not speak to me. She then said she d need to go check the voice recognition on the call and hung up!"

SCAM This number left a voice message for me iin an American accent, saying my case had been referred to the County Courthouse and that I should cal back on this number (somewhat surprising as I live in the UK). When I did, the person who picked up the phone made a half hearted attempt to say he was from HMRC. I called him out on that and suggested he find something better to do with his life and received a string of expletvies for my trouble. Lol. I'll cal them back later.

They tried to convince me of their glowing credentials, that they ve been operating for 10years. Got transfered to a manager which I asked again if I could check on Companies House website for Applianceserve Ltd Company number 08957597 and they promptly hung up on me.
Unfortunately all appears to be a lie unless the goverment website is a lie...?
