Nothing more than an unsolicited call trying to source personal information under the guise of a non-existent PPI claim/refund. "Mark" pretended to know me, yet then asked me to "confirm some details for his records". Unsurprisingly he doesn t appear to have any details other than my phone number, leaving me free reign to waste his time for a bit with ficticious info.
