they asked for me by previous name a bit worrying then asked if I d claimed all my PPI back. When I said I d never had any he insisted I had so I terminated the call. I only answered the call as I have relatives in Macclesfield and thought it may be one of them ringing from another landline
Got a voicemail left by the Energy Assessment team (sounded like a young girl). Rang back. Solar panels. Blocked them now.
Fraud : A recording informs me that I'm a tax avoider. But of course she doesn't say who see represents, probably Scam Co. It's probably a computer generated number that you only ever see once. BEWARE

Silent call. Damned pest. Probably a scammer
SCAM Says they are working for Visa and two transactions on my account are possibly fraudulent. She would not tell me which card it was on until she has access to my computer. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM. I told her it was a scam and she put the phone down. Actions speak louder than words!
These scammers also seem to be using other supposed Manchester numbers with 0115 also being reported here.
