Fraud This number called the landline today stating there had been suspicious activity on my bank account totally over £1000. It asked me to click 1 to cancel these transactions or 2 to speak to an adviser. I am aware my bank will not call me with an automated message of such nature - please be aware !!

Said he was with BT but quite clearly not as we have just taken out a new contract with BT When I wouldnt give him the name of the person in our company dealing with this he got quite aggressive I put him on hold and when I went back to him he had hung up horrible man

Fraud. Caller called a friend from this number claiming to be a scrap metal merchant. Then rang me a few days later saying they had a delivery for my friend. This is a scam to claim try and deliver a high-value package and harass monies out of the recipient. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS TO THEM

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. Far Eastern accent, and as soon as I asked him to repeat who he said he was calling from, he hung up. I dialled the number with the prefix 141, but it did not ring out. Clearly a SCAM. Unusually for me, I then dialled the number without the prefix, and that also did not ring at all, even thoigh I had checked that my line was open. AVOID

There are hundred or so text charges showing on phone provider account to me. But it they were not sent for my phone, there is no record of these text messages being sent on my phone's log.

The person kept going on about our problem with Sky which we do not have. Wife kept saying we do not have Sky in the end she had to hang up. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

Claiming to be from National Insurance and asking me to press 1 to speak to an investigator before action is taken against my national insurance number. They claimed some fraudulent activity on the North Wales border. I didn’t press 1 and ended the call as I’m sure that’s a scam.

This number has been trying to make a dwp application for a budgeting loan without my consent I clocked it on my Google history page hope you can help many thanks, my phone rang at 9pm last night and a Jamaican woman said to me I am returning your missed calls I said to her I havnt made any calls and put phone down and started checking everything then I noticed the dwp thing on history page

Accident Call centre re car accident which I haven’t had!

This telephone number rang my mum who hasn't got a clue about online banking or the internet. A bloke called James Taylor claimed he was from Action fraud. He informed my mum that she had activity on her bank account that wasn't showing up, and he then persuaded her to transfer a huge amount of money to there account, saying she will get it back after investigation of a few days. Which would be to late. Please stay clear of this number and block them.

pretended to me that i had won an electric toothbrush i stupidly supplied some bank details for postage supposedly of 3 then they set up a recurring direct debit and took a further 2499 without my permission so i hurredly blocked them and changed my CC i am still awaiting reimbursment from my bank

Automated amazon prime scam

Called today saying I had charges to my bank and they said press 1 if they were allowed or 2 if unauthorised.
