Lady with asian accent cold called and had details of address. Wanted to sell us boiler cover and that we were paying too much with our previous provider, could not provide us with details of who we currently have boiler cover (we dont have any which gives the game away) although played along for a while for a laugh. Claimed the company was in Crawley and called Utility Care. She hung up. Searches on internet cannot find this company, most likely a scam to get bank details.
SCAM

SCAM
Call center - An unsolicited call claiming to be from an obscure telephone company. When I said, politely, that we were OK thank you, the caller said "Who the hell are you?" and cut off.

Indian/Scottish Lady called saying she was from the Energy Advisory Group. I told her to get stuffed!!! Checking their website, it shows not a lot.
Called them back after multiple calls a day. Answered with a lady from a call centre saying "Euro Hospice Lottery" Immediately hung up.

Missed call
Woman with a strong Indian accent, supposedly by the name of "Amelia", claiming to be calling from Virgin Media. Hung up as soon as she mentioned Virgin, as in my experience they don't call on Saturdays, and certainly not from random mobile numbers. Most likely would have been some kind of "your internet is going to be cut off" scam. Number now blocked.
