Don't know who it was, but the message is about Apple pay being suspended, and a link to reactivate it. Issue is I don't have apple pay
I am getting daily calls all from 0161 (Manchester) numbers, all scam calls. Each day ends in a different number after 0161 820 ----
When you answer call no one says anything
SCAM saying they are car phone warehouse, they are not as i have spoken to car phone directly and the number is not connected to them. An Indian sounding lady will say she can upgrade your phone and contract to anyone and you wont pay any fees from previous phone company this is all lies as car phone warehouse does not have a tied in contract with EE any more . and car phone will not pay anything for you to come out of a early contract , be warned .........!!!!
Automated call from 07519275319 and 07519275856 in the following day. Says something NHS message but I don't think they are belong to the NHS..

SCAM !!!! Saying that my national insurance number has been blocked.. beware people.. I looked the number up on Google and result came in with it coming from Russia.
