message begins "Barclays, Lloyds, TSB...". I have reported it to the Information Commissioners Office (IC0) at ico.org.cuk. I personally believe that these people should not be permitted to have these numbers unless they reveal their identity. Anyone who accepts goods or services from an unnamed company that cold calls them has got to be daft!
man with a strong Asian accent saying my debtors have complained to the citizens advice bureau about me as I am making only minimum payments when I asked which debtors complained he hung up?!
