Seems to be a scam. Shortly after revived another message from a similar number saying redeliverysupport.com
Sounded suspect to me from an unknown company wanting to talk about my broadband. Took ages to respond when I answered which usually means they are calling multiple numbers and then nebulous about answering why they were calling. Be wary.

I believe this to be a scam and should be investigated
Since my search and given that you perceived their to be no adverse comments I have tried to phone this number and it comes up with message number not recognized I therefore perceive it to be a scam
Automated call to tell me that money was being taken from my account and to press #1 if it was not me trying to take the money

constant calls to my mobile the hang up when i answer hoping i will call back to charge me hundreds of pounds

Mechanical voice says my Amazon Prime subscription will auto renew unless I press 1. As I do not have Amazon Prime I assume it is a scam. Pressing 1 will probably be a premium rate number or a scammer phishing for info.

Obvious fraud. They claim to be from o2, wanting to save you money. They actually use o2s own "forgotten password" link do send you a message directly from o2, with a code that they can use to access your account. DO NOT GIVE THEM THIS CODE!
