This caller said they were phoning from TPS and wanter to confirm my details including my gredit card. I refused. when I aasked where they were phoning from they replied London. I hung up . possible scam ?

SCAM. It could be that the caller ID is being spoofed as also showed 02036126009 at exactly the same time. This may well actually well be from overseas as was an Indian sounding woman with a lot of background call centre noise. And after lots of 'hello's', they eventually mentioned they were calling about BT-Openreach Internet - Which I don't have, so when I said I know this is a scam, they just hung-up!

This came through as an email saying there was a picture message forwarded by 02 which I did not open
Recorded message, of a woman with an American accent, said it's a message from Sky that my broadband will be disconnected in 24 hours because of suspicious activity, please press 1 now. This was my landline, I hung up.
