I didn't answer as I don't answer to unknown out of town numbers.I assume it's some form of marketing.
SCAM DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER. This number called twice. Once to a mobile number - not recognised so deleted, but it cost 9p for the one second it took to answer and delete. The second was to my landline - silence, but waited too long and it cost me 37p for 1 minute and 11 seconds.
