SCAM had a call from this number by a woman claiming to be from O2. Offering a discount on all 02 contracts. I asked what name she had on the file and told me that she didn't have a name that it was a general call to all 02 customers for this great offer of 50% off the contract. I told that you don't work for 02, if you did you would know my full name and customer account number, with this she groaned and hung up.

I always look up these unknown numbers, and most people appear to be paranoiac about everything. This number is simply TOOLSTATION trying to get hold of me because one item on my order was out of stock. They even sent an email follow up to say they had tried calling me. Sometimes, these numbers are not all PPI and scams... give them a chance.
