Silence on other end, then they hung up.
Female caller with heavy foreign accent... before she tried to con me with whatever it is she's selling I told her I couldn't understand her and I think she's a scammer, goodbye... then cut her off. According to Google maps she was phoning from The London Eye! Number now blocked on my phone
Silent to start, said hello after about 15 seconds, I didn't reply and they put the phone down
