Hung up when I picked up phone, so either rude or a dropped call maybe? havent called back they should leave a message.
They calling as Police Investigator stating you have arrest warrant . They are threatening and intimidate more vulnerable people. Do not give any information and just report it to fraud team .

When I put the phone down on caller after telling him he was not from phone provider he rang me 5 further times and left me a voice message

Had a call from this number this morning. Man with strong accent asked for me by name. I put the phone down.
