they say the a money management team working in line with the government to help with your depts. I don't know if its true or just another scam

We get calls every day from this company, whoever they are, asking to speak to a Mr Michael Johnson. We tell them every time that nobody with that name lives here and to stop calling. To no avail. Sounds like they are calling from abroad so registering with the telephone preference service doesn t work in this case.
Fraud suspected - recorded message on house phone claiming to be from Amazon about suspicious activity on account and a purchase (number given) of over £1000. Asking to press 1 or 2. I hung up without pressing either.
