SPAM - pretending to be from Virgin Media saying that yiur internet service is sending out security warnings!
Had the same woman as above, told her I didn t trade over the phone and hung up: that s the best defence: HANG UP!

Emmisions advice team, wanted me to enter contract to reclaim compensation for my diesel BMW. Wanted me to agree contract over the phone and text then said they'd send me details and I'd have 14 days to cancel the contract, when I asked for the contract in writing by email first before agreeing to anything she got sh1tty and hung up.
