I answered the call for the first time today and after I politely asked them to remove my number from the system the operator hung up on me. Lovely stuff!
A very friendly / charming guy said called and asked if id filled in a baby and mum survey, which I had last year. (Bounty?) and asked me a few questions about my age, living - then went on to say id won a holiday. Scam. Avoid. A rude, incompetent lady going by name of Baljit claiming from Halifax Bank, London Moorgate. Halifax Bank have never been the problem - much of the people, representing and procedures, incompetences and lack of getting things done Halifax have adopted however, including Baljit, are what give Halifax Bank a bad reputation.
Text message bank new payee has set up on my mobile banking app with the name k.adams. nNot true did not follow the message instruction.
