I get a call at least twice a week and I m sure it s the same company as well but I ve never had ppi claim thing, but when you call the number back it says something about claiming a delayed holiday fight. I ve not been on holiday for over 11 years. I ve repeatedly asked for my number to be taken off the system. But when I ask for the company s name or to speak to the manager, they hand the phone up. I ve put Trustworthy to indicate that it is indeed the company that are calling. Actually it isn t. These are simply self employed people who get a commission if they manage to get any money out of you out agree to anything. There are several things you can do: First of all don t be intimidated. They are just people. Ask them how their day is, what the weather is like where they are, how they are feeling today and so on. Take control of the call, don t let them dictate to you.
