This call was made from an extremely noisy office, where the background noise was so loud that I had real trouble hearing the person on the line. They offered to call back - and did so, but about an hour later. They said they were calling from my phone company about an upgrade, but when I asked them to confirm which phone company, the caller got very annoyed (raised voice) and defensive - and most importantly, couldn't tell me which phone provider asked them to call.

Keep getting calls daily from this number. Automated message Saying I am due an energy assessment on my home, and to press 2 for further details in my area. I ve ignored until yesterday when I pressed 2 to find out why they keep calling me and to get them to stop. Woman answered and started asking me questons about my boiler. she finally asked if I want to replace it. I said no and she asked why I had rang her company. I said I didn t and that I had a call telling me to press 2 which I did. she hung up on m
