Exactly the same situation as the previous reviewer. It's a fake, so do NOT ring it!
Claimed to be from 02 offering me a customer special discount (I am not with 02). Strong Indian accent made it impossible to understand what he was saying. Most likely fraud or spam.

one of several fake numbers being used by an unidentified woman (South Asian accent) demanding to speak to our CIO. Refusing to explain purpose of call, whenever she says she'll get the information and call back, she just rings up the next day asking for the CIO again. What a pointless waste of time!
Scam phone company posing as Vodafone. Ask them if they ARE Vodafone because they use tricky language by saying they work WITH Vodafone. If they did, they’d have your details and you wouldn’t have to give them the confidential information th et ask for. BIPPITY BOPPITY BLOCKED!

SCAM claimed to be insurance on domestic appliances up for renewal - quoted my name, address and phone number (all as per phone directory) at me,then asked for my date of birth for verification - I asked him to tell me my date of birth so that I could verify it and (surprise, surprise) the line went dead.
