claiming to be HMRC fraud case - spam
Just received a call from this number. Guy in a busy call centre said he was calling about mis-sold finance or payment protection insurance prior to 2011. Said I d never had anything on finance, and the guy said he would remove my details from the database. In reality this just means they won t phone you again for that particular campaign, but you can guarantee your details are not deleted. Re comments about CV library from others on this page, this is quite coincidental because I have my details on CVli

Have had calls before from someone claiming to be "Selby Workers" (or similar). They ask if anyone in the house has worked with heavy machinery. Indication is a claims company. BEWARE.
Telemarketing
says the Governments "Green Deal" means my boiler MUST be replaced, also every home in the UK MUST have theirs replaced as well.
Phoning 5 times a day !!! Bloody nuisance !!! Ignored!!! Do likewise. Block number scam!!!!
