They send a link saying there’s a parcel that you need to pay for so that they can steal your money having your card details. It’s not Royal Mail and there is no parcel for you

Rang me twice over the past two days - first time I didn t answer straight away so after two rings they hung up but the second time I answered and they hung up straight away. Don t answer this number!
Called with a bit of information regarding an upcoming delivery but then did to try to sell an additional service. Not a particularly high pressure sale (or maybe he just wasn t very good) and friendly enough.
