"Michael" called telling me there was a problem with my Windows computer and he would be able to resolve it. I tried to play along but he hung up. Definitely a scam
This number is calling me three or four times a day. They have been told that I am a 91 year old pensioner and cannot help but call on a regular daily basis!

Got a call at 1:30 in the morning, found out later it was the alarm monitoring company trying to let me know a sensor had detected movement at my company office and the alarm was going off.
Said he was from windows HQ and my computer was about to crash. He told me to press windows key and the "r" key and follow instructions. If I did not accept the help he was offering Windows would not be responsible for the damage done to my computer.
