Obviously from a foreign call centre, their grasp of English was so poor I didn't have a clue what they were talking about, I think it was something to do with Mobile phones, however ten minutes before I did have another foreign chap enquiring about the accident I have had, which strangely enough I don't recall having, so basically irritating people calling about nothing of interest.

Called by lady called Riya Alex from Carphone Warehouse who were currently working with my incumbent mobile provider, though they did not know who that was. Wanted to half my bill and give me unlimited everything. The agent advised she was working out of the Walthamstow branch of Carphone Warehouse and provided the address. Called on a Leeds-based telephone number. Fortunately had none of my personal details other than my phone number.
