SCAM A man presented himself as Anthony from legal assist, in regards to a car accident. It is an obvious scam but the worrying thing was he knew my name. When I said they had wrong info he put the phone down.

Text saying Post office .We missed you to reschedule delivery and pay your missed parcel fee . Followed by a legit looking web link . However missed parcel fee ? Not in this country and the subtle difference in the web address is hard to spot unless you look hard there's a hyphen between postoffice and UK . Major alarm bells in my head didn't follow the link .

This number called an elderly relative today, same story about an internet provider, relative having been warned of such calls immediately hung uo but people need to be wary
