I went on line to find landlord ins and said no to be contacted by anyone but within a few minutes they started calling and haven t stopped - very agressive - I have blocked them from my mobile now.
My answering machine recorded a partial automatic message " ... the sum of £600 which was paid on your debit card within the last fifteen minutes", and inviting me to ring them back. An obvious scam. Harrassing, and potentially dangerous
Scam - reported to police. Calling to pretend to be returning a call and claiming that i had called them. They followed up with a "screenshot" of their recent calls page "proving" that i'd called them first - then started asking questions. Police informed.
