He told me he had received my file, and that I had some unsecured debts...I said OK. He asked me to confirm how much my unsecured debts are, I said you should know, you have my file. He then said your file says you have in the region of £5000 of debt is that correct. I said no and you have called me before and I ve asked you to stop- then he hung up...very rude!
